Images currently cannot be protected on the Internet. As evidenced by many authentic looking E-Mails that appear with an institution's logo and look, identity-theft criminals are copying artwork from a web site and using this in an attempt to acquire sensitive personal and financial information.

We can do something about this. If you wish for your members and visitors to identify your web site as legitimate or the "real deal", we can enhance your site with a personal identifier that the member or visitor recognizes as his or her own personal trademark.

Any member, customer or visitor would be able to create his or her own login to the personal site. They would select a UserID and Password that they would use for all visits to the site. They would also select a personal image, phrase or wording. Any subsequent visits to the site, where the user logs-in, would show the personal image, phrase or wording on each and every page of the web site.

The member or visitor could then be assured that all pages he or she is viewing are in fact legitimate pages of your specific web site and not some illicit page or scam created by identity thieves.

The entire process requires no additional work for you or your institution.
