  Issued - 8/10/2005

AFFCOM is continuously striving towards client independence in web content issues. Recently AFFCOM developed a new system which enables a client to create their own form on line and have the form appear on their website. There is absolutely no requirement for software or coding skills in creating forms. The process is very straightforward and can be learned in a matter of minutes.

Site submissions from the form can be directed to any e-mail addresse(s) the client dictates. The AFForm can be used for any type of application and has no limitations to the number or type of questions being asked by the form. For example, a client can easily create credit application forms, create a guest registry or generate a subscriber list. The possibilities are only limited by imagination.

In AFForm, after filling in the form title, and description, the client merely inputs the question and then selects the type of response desired from a site visitor. Type of responses can be:

  • Textbox (one line of text)
  • Yes/No
  • Radio Group (a single selection from several choices)
  • Checkbox (multiple selections from several choices)
  • Text Area (a text area for multiple lines of input)
  • Option List (a dropdown menu of multiple choices)
  • Text (a line or several containing explanation text on the form)

In all of the above, the client easily selects the choices available to the visitor. There is no limit to the number or type of question asked on any form.

Should you feel you have a need for this type of functionality or would like further details and information, we would be pleased to discuss the benefits and ease of AFForm with you.
